Carol Dougherty is a Benefits Consultant focusing on employee benefit programs for employers with 100 employees or less.

Background:Ms. Dougherty has 20 years in Client Services with over 6 years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management and Employee Benefits Consulting. She has expertise working with insurance carriers, brokerage firms, third party administrators and client service management. This background, along with a strong local presence in the industry, enables her to assist the Benefits Sales Consultants, effectively manage vendor relationships and maintain excellent client service.

Prior to joining PSA, Dougherty was an Employee Benefits Account Manager with a national Employee Benefits firm.  

Dougherty began her career in telecommunications as a Client Service Manager for Verizon where she worked for 10 years.
