Donna M. Teets is the Chief Compliance Officer for PSA Financial Center, Inc. as well as the President of PSA Equities, Inc, and Vice-President of PSA Financial Advisors, Inc., subsidiaries of PSA Financial Center, Inc.

Donna began her career in securities investment and management upon graduation from Northern High School in Baltimore, MD.  She attended the Community Colleges of Baltimore and obtained a degree in Business Administration.  She holds the designation of Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) through the NASD Institute at Wharton School of Business, and is currently studying for a certification in Financial Planning through Villa Julie College. 

Prior to joining PSA Financial Center, Inc, Donna was the Vice-President and Operations Manager for the Baltimore Branch of a regional stock brokerage and financial advisory firm.  She brings with her many years of experience in various facets of the industry, including Compliance, Trading, Operations, Sales, and Training.
