Professional Background Mr. Kushlis leads the firm’s account executives and recruits sales people. He is also responsible for acquisitions and business planning and strategy. Mr. Kushlis joined PSA in 2005 after 21 years with Willis North America, where he last served as Baltimore Office Leader. He had previously worked for four years at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells of Baltimore. A graduate of St. Francis College in Loretto, Pa., Mr. Kushlis is a certified public accountant and a chartered property and casualty underwriter.
