Professional Background: Mr. Bourg came to PSA in July of 2008 with PSA's acquisition of Alliance Benefit Group Mid-Atlantic. As a Pension Actuary, Mr. Bourg's areas of expertise include annual valuations, administration and consulting for Defined Benefit Pension Plans, SERPs, and post-retirement medical plans. He also has extensive day-to-day experience in the design and administration of Defined Contribution Plans - 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans. He is responsible for managing the Defined Benefit Plan group and is also actively involved in obtaining new business for PSA's retirement plan practice. Mr. Bourg has 31 years of experience with four firms: Prudential, Deloitte, Aon Consulting (WTR), and PSA (ABG). He holds his B.A. in Mathematics, cum laude, from Occidental College in Los Angeles and is a member of the Society of Pension Actuaries.
