Mr. Lombardi specializes in investment management, financial planning, business retirement plans, insurance and annuities and educational funding.

He worked in business management for 25 years before joining Legg Mason Wood Walker as a financial advisor. Before coming to PSA, he held the position of wealth advisory and financial planning specialist at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Mr. Lombardi holds an MBA in finance from Loyola College, Baltimore, and a BA in political science from Mount Saint Mary’s University.  He has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation from the College for Financial Planning
