PSA is Expanding Their Superhero Team
Posted in: News
PSA is growing…and it’s exciting.
At the end of 2018, I accepted the position of Director of Sales Enablement here at PSA. The vision that the leadership team had for the future of PSA fit perfectly for what I wanted to help build…and the rest is history.
Having spent the last 11 years in education, facilitation, leadership, sales and sales training, I was excited about the idea of coming into PSA and building out a sales enablement program for our young and aspiring insurance producers.
Here at PSA, we are creating an extensive sales development and training program, providing our team with everything they need – from lead development to fulfillment. It has been both personally and professionally rewarding to witness my team members get outside of their comfort zones and open up their minds to new ideas and techniques. Being part of their personal and professional progression has been fulfilling, and I admire their continuing commitment to improvement.
Check out the two opportunities below to see if you know someone who may be a good fit here at PSA. The ideal candidate will enjoy an environment where they will be supported with the resources they need to build a successful and profitable career.
