Carol Dougherty is the VP of the Key Accounts Unit. Carol has 20+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Consulting. Carol is responsible for a team of Employee Benefit Consultants. Carol advises and plans for; client annual benefit programs, client project management, marketing/RFP development, vendor negotiations, client meetings and presentations.
Carol’s ability to provide her clients with excellent service and innovative solutions to their employee benefit needs has been her strength in maintaining long term client relationships.
Prior to joining PSA, Carol was a Consultant with a national employee benefits consulting firm in Maryland. Carol began her career with Verizon as a Manager of Client Service representatives.
