Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, CPBS
Claire Bove joined PSA Insurance & Financial Services as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant in April 2015. She is responsible for overall service delivery to various assigned client accounts. Her areas of specialty include overall project management, renewal negotiations and claims review/analysis for mid- to large groups.
As a Senior Benefits Consultant, she provides high level insurance brokerage and consulting services, innovative plan design solutions including, but not limited to, medical, dental, life and disability. She works closely with clients, carriers and service providers, vendors and partners to meet clients objectives for superior client service.
She has been in the financial services/employee benefits business for over 10 years, working mostly at large, national broker/consulting firms. Prior to joining PSA, Claire was a Senior Health and Welfare Consultant at Wells Fargo Insurance Services based out of McLean, VA.
Claire obtained the Certified Pharmacy Benefits Specialist certification. She also graduated from The State University of New York (SUNY) Alfred in 2004 with a BS in Financial Services, supported by the American College.
