Professional Background

Deirdre Weadock joined PSA in 2022 as an Employee Benefits Advisor. She works primarily with mid to large-sized clients in all industries to develop healthcare strategies. She is passionate about cost-containment that promotes the best interest of her clients, as well as staying up to date with emerging trends in the employee benefits marketplace. It is important to her to work in a role that is focused on enabling employers to maximize and strategize offering the best in benefits to their employees.

Prior to joining PSA, Deirdre worked for the Employee Benefits Services of Maryland focusing on the client management and consulting side of the business. She also brings unique experiences from her early careers in dolphin training and running retail operations and race management.

Education

Deirdre graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Biological Sciences. She is also a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent.
