Professional Background 

Sharon L. Kelley joined PSA as part of  the H.U. Dove & Company, Inc. acquisition in 2020. She handles commercial insurance policy administration including reviewing and sending clients renewal notices, forms, and LPR’s. With her endearing interpersonal and communication skills, she builds strong relationships with her clients.

Sharon brings over two decades of diverse employment background working in personal and commercial insurance, the Baltimore County Government and her local preschool and middle school system, which helped her gain the life and professional experiences to be skilled at addressing the needs of various clientele.   

Education 

Sharon obtained her P&C Insurance license in 1992.
