Todd Lehman brings more than 30 years of experience in the industry to his role as VP Employee Benefits Advisor. His encompassing knowledge of the industry, including the carriers’ perspective, enables him to provide our clients with comprehensive benefit solutions and effectively manage our customer service team.

Todd has specialized expertise serving federal government contractors. He is experienced in the intricacies of the Service Contract Act and the Davis-Bacon Act and has pioneered the development of PSA’s Federal Government Contractor’s Benefit Program.

Prior to joining PSA, Todd was a Senior Consultant/Director, Client Services for RSM McGladrey Employer Services. Todd’s career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland where he held various positions in the service and sales organizations. He later moved to Travelers Insurance and then to a large regional broker, where he specialized in designing comprehensive insurance programs for mid to large size employers.

Education

Todd has a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University.
