PSA Insurance & Financial Services, a Legacy

PSA was founded in 1928 with a mission to protect and grow the assets of their clients. Throughout their nearly 100 years of service and dedication to our clients, they rose as one of the Mid-Atlantic’s leading independent multi-disciplined insurance services firms, specializing in employee benefits brokerage and consulting, human resources consulting, and risk management services and consulting.

In 2021, PSA became a member of the Hilb Group, though officially changing their name in 2026. Through merging with the Hilb Group, the Hunt Valley team have gained access to the resources of one of the nation’s largest brokers, while maintaining the same local team and personal relationships clients have come to know and trust.
