One of our first Partnership seminars featured bestselling author Daniel Pink, local entrepreneur Maury Weinstein, and graphic recorder Kelly Kingman. Pink captivated the audience with his revolutionary thinking regarding motivation in the modern workplace. His core elements of autonomy, mastery and purpose were brought to life through story and reinforced with the backing of extensive research. Then, Weinstein shared his own company story of how he put many of Dan’s concepts into practice to great avail. Kelly Kingman’s illustrations were captivating and truly enhanced this very special day.
