Why is PSA changing its name?
PSA has been part of the Hilb Group family for almost four years. This name change simply reflects that relationship more clearly. It’s a natural next step that allows us to bring you even more value—without changing the people or service you rely on.
What does this mean for me as a client?
In short: more resources, same great service.
You’ll continue working with the same team, using the same contact information, and receiving the same personalized support. What’s new is, with Hilb Group, we have access to a broader range of insurance carriers, coverage options, and national expertise.
Will my policies or coverage change?
No. Your current policies, terms, and coverage are not impacted by this name change. There’s no action required on your part.
Will my contacts at PSA change?
No. You’ll continue working with the same trusted advisors and service team you’ve always known. Additionally, the way you contact us doesn’t have to change. While we encourage everyone to email us @hilbgroup.com, any messages emailed to @psafinancial.com will be automatically routed to our inbox.
Will your office location or phone number change?
No. Our office location and contact information will remain the same. The only change you’ll notice is our name and logo.
