Professional Background

As a Client Manager, Amy helps to ensure the successful delivery of our services to our clients. She handles all aspects of the benefits life cycle including new account set-up, relationship management, open enrollment planning, training, plan and vendor implementations, vendor management and problem resolution.

Amy brings six years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry, with a focus on helping clients and their employees navigate the complexities of health insurance by providing solutions to health management problems and providing superior customer service. Prior to joining PSA in 2020, Amy worked as a Client Manager at Alight Solutions managing multiple mid-market client accounts in health and welfare administration.
