Frank is adept in delivering expert analysis, progressive benefits designs, funding arrangements, communications and technology to mid-sized employers. He enjoys collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions, services, and outcomes.
Frank’s success has allowed him to build a loyal client following, with many relationships exceeding 10 years. His client retention rate of 98% demonstrates his commitment to client satisfaction. Previously, Frank was a senior consultant at RSM McGladrey Employer Services, a national benefits consulting firm. Prior to RSM McGladrey, he was a partner at Huber Oros & Company, a Mid-Atlantic benefits consulting firm. During his tenure, he played a key role in developing the business model, overseeing new sales, and expanding client services. He also supervised the technical development of an internet-based benefits administration firm that provides benefits integration and enrollment services to employers and carriers. Frank was initially a consultant for 13 years at Crawford Slevin & Hicks, a Baltimore-based benefits brokerage where he played a pivotal role in accelerated growth of the firm.
Frank is a graduate of Boston College. He actively participates in numerous insurance, financial, and human resources professional organizations. He and his wife are active in providing services that assist underprivileged mothers and children in the community.
