Sr. Benefits Consultant
Jen Dotzel joined PSA Insurance & Financial Services as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant in April 2020. She is responsible for managing employee benefits programs and for providing her clients with sustainable and competitive coverages that suit their needs. With thirteen years of experience in the insurance industry, Jen serves as an excellent resource for clients on all aspects of benefits plan design, employee cost-sharing and data analysis.
She began her insurance career as an Actuarial Associate in 2008 at Aon Hewitt. Prior to PSA, Jen worked as a Consultant for McConkey Insurance & Benefits specializing in captive insurance and as an Employee Benefits Account Manager for The L. Warner Companies.
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Pennsylvania State University. She also is a Certified Pharmacy Benefit Specialist (CPBS).
