Vice President, Key Accounts
Mariha Burkavage joined the PSA team in 2014 as part of the merger with Armada Employer Services. She leads the team of mid-market Employee Benefits Consultants within the Employee Benefits practice. She is responsible for the design, management, and execution of the consulting process for our benefits clients. She also works closely with the account team to ensure the satisfactory delivery of the full range of PSA services. She has over 13 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
Prior to her PSA/Armada role, Mariha worked in human resources and employee benefits for the Logistics Management Institute, Hewitt Associates, and Allied Services.
Education and Training
Mariha graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a B.S. in Business Administration, where she majored in Finance and minored in Economics.

“My philosophy is working towards a team atmosphere and knowing that we are all in this together working towards the same goal; improvement of self and business. In customer service, I take on similar thinking; that we are working as partners with our client to achieve their goals. It’s difficult to work with a client that does not see you as a partner. There needs to be shared mutual respect.”
