Professional Background 

Rachel Brand joined PSA as a Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager in 2022. With nearly ten years of experience in the insurance industry, Rachel has worked with a variety of commercial lines accounts ranging from transportation, manufacturers/distributors, contractors, real estate developers, non-profits, social services, and hospitality organizations. Her key responsibilities are to assist her client’s day-to-day needs by fulfilling endorsement requests, certificates, claims, general coverage questions, quoting renewals/additional lines of coverage, etc.
