Employee Benefits Consultant, Key Accounts
Shannon Joy joined PSA as an Employee Benefits Consultant on our Mid-Market Key Accounts team in the Spring of 2022. With a strategic and consultative approach, she specializes in helping her clients design, manage, and execute their employee benefits programs.
With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Shannon has held numerous positions which include working as a Benefits Specialist and as an Account Manager for small, medium, and large employers.
Shannon received her Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University and is a licensed Life & Health Agent.
