Master Your Love Life …
While Mastering Your Livelihood
Check out our special Valentine’s Day PSA Partnership webinar that dares to address the complex interrelation of our love lives and our work lives.
Conventional wisdom would tell us that our roles at home and in the workplace are separate and distinct. While the subject matter has historically been off limits, how can we ignore all the research that continually shows the two worlds have dramatic influence over one another?
Our personal challenges don’t stay at home; we bring them to work with us … Often they negatively affect our ability to focus at work. According to several studies, relationship anxiety reduces employee performance and productivity to the tune of $350-400 billion in corporate profits annually. And with many of us working more from home, the challenges are only compounded.
Rod Hairston is the former life coach for the Baltimore Ravens, author and certified coach with a Master’s degree in counseling. In all his years of working with influential, high-performers, Rod has observed that the #1 detraction to productivity and the greatest source of stress is not the demands of the workplace, but most often it’s a relationship problem outside of work! In his thriving practice, he coaches professional athletes, top business professionals, and community leaders to break through emotional and attachment barriers that hold them back from being the lovers and leaders they were meant to be.
We constantly better ourselves through professional designations, continuing education and technical training − but we fail to invest in the emotional, listening and communications skills that are the real key to getting us what we truly want in our lives.
You’ll craft a winning master plan with Rod for building romantic relationships that support your career goals and life dreams. If you’ve ever answered ‘yes’ to any of the following questions, this virtual workshop is for you:
- Have you ever struggled, feeling like your relationship life is slowing you down … stressing you out … or making it hard for you to really focus at work?
- Do you find yourself loving or even parenting on the run as if you were at work — i.e. performance-oriented, driven, and pressure-filled?
- Have you found yourself feeling happier about going to work than about going home?
- Or do you simply need a framework for strengthening your relationships without compromising your career goals?
