I may not have the most traditional background for a Benefits Advisor, and that is a good thing. My unconventional career experiences have helped me become a well-rounded Benefits Advisor who understands the needs and wants of my clients as well as the desires of their employees.
I spent my first 10 years after college in the field of dolphin training, primarily at The National Aquarium here in Baltimore, in addition to consulting in Florida and abroad.
When I decided I was ready to depart my dream career, I was lured away by my second passion—running. During my time working in operations, coaching, and event planning for Charm City Run, I honed skills in business development and operational efficiency, while also developing a deep appreciation for relationship building.
