Director of Sales Enablement
Chris joined PSA in November 2018 as the Director of Sales Enablement. His focus is on cultivating personal and professional growth for our Associate Producers. Chris directly manages the newest of PSA’s producers, creating an onboarding system for them, creating coaching and accountability plans and setting them up for success in their specific industries.
Prior to joining PSA, Chris was a sales consultant and trainer at McDonell Consulting Group. He has over 11 years of experience in the education, coaching, and management field.
Chris holds two bachelor’s degrees, in History and Secondary Education from Xavier University. He obtained a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Loyola University MD.
Chris has been an active participant in the Big Brother/Big Sister program and he serves on the board of the Catholic Business Network of Baltimore.
