Professional Background

Kody joined PSA after graduating from Penn State in 2020 and has quickly become a valuable member of our benefits analyst team. He is responsible for renewal and marketing analysis, claims, benchmarking, and contribution analyses, and supports the consultant team with all financial analyses.

Prior to joining PSA, Katie was a Benefits Consultant at Employee Benefit Services of Maryland and a Customer Service Representative at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group. She has worked in the employee benefits industry for over 10 years.

Education

Kody earned his Bachelors degree in Applied Statistics/Actuarial Science from Penn State University in 2020.
