Professional Background

Victor Traub is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant in the Fiduciary Consulting Group (FCG). With over 30 years of experience in the design, administration and communication of all types of qualified retirement plans, he is responsible for the delivery and management of the client service experience for FCG clients, including retirement plan compliance and analysis.

Prior to joining the company, Victor held several senior roles including Senior Consultant at Coastal Pension Services in Columbia, MD, Vice President and Senior Consultant role at Employee Benefit Consultants in Towson, MD and Vice President and Regional Pension Manager at Signet Bank in Baltimore, MD.

Education

Victor earned his BA in Business and Economics from Thiel College in Greenville, PA. He currently holds the Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (QKA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
