Vice President, Personal Insurance Division
David joined PSA in September 2014 as Vice President of the Personal Insurance division. With over 30 years of experience and specialized expertise in the personal insurance field, he oversees business development and management of client services.
He spent the majority of his career working at two insurance brokerage firms and carriers including Prudential and CIGNA. As a result, he has a thorough understanding and first-hand experience of both the provider as well as the consumer side of the business. Prior to his current role, David worked at Consolidated Insurance Center as Executive Vice President spearheading the Personal Insurance division. He also managed the Individual Life Insurance and the Property and Casualty departments at Charter.
David holds an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) professional designation, a certificate in Property and Liability Insurance Principles and Practices from Essex Community College and a certificate in Management from Towson State University. He has also completed various insurance carrier training as well as selected parts of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter program and courses offered by the Life Underwriter Training Council.
